REVISION POLICY:

Our revision turnaround time is approximately 48 hours and we offer free-of-cost changes and revisions no matter what package you choose. This policy is feasible for all designs, content, or layouts regardless of the package.

REFUND POLICY:

All approved designs are not eligible for a refund. In case of breach of contract or cancellation by the company, the client will be liable for a refund where applicable.

All refund requests will be handled under the following conditions:

1. Initial Design Approval

You make considerations based on the designs and logos provided. Once you approve or request changes to the initial designs, the refund option becomes void and no refund request will be entertained.

2. Revision Phase

After the project enters the revision phase, refund requests will not be accepted.

3. Discontinuation at Initial Stage

If you do not wish to continue after receiving the initial design delivery and before any revisions, a full refund will be issued minus a 10% administration and preparation fee.

4. Refund Request Within 48 Hours

If the refund request is made within 48 hours of delivery of the initial design, you are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% administration and preparation fee).

5. Refund Request Within 48–96 Hours

If the refund request is made within 48–96 hours of the initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

6. No Refund After 96 Hours

Refund requests made after 96 hours of the initial design delivery will not be entertained. However, for client satisfaction, we will continue to support and address concerns.

7. Client Unresponsiveness

• No refund will be provided if the customer becomes unresponsive for 5 working days and later requests a refund.
• No refund will be provided if there is no interaction from the client for 7 working days. Restarting the order will require an additional fee.

8. Confusion or Continuous Changes.

In cases where the client expresses confusion or requests continuous changes, this will not qualify as poor work quality. Such situations do not entitle the client to a refund. Instead, additional revisions will be provided as per the package.

9. Refund Submission Requirements

All refund requests must be submitted to the Support Department. The company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

10. No Refund After Final Files

No refund will be provided after the final files have been delivered.

11. Website Packages

For website packages, no refund will be issued after revisions to the initial mock-up or after creation of inner pages following client approval.

12. Communication

All communication regarding revisions, changes, and finalisation must occur through the official platform. The company reserves full authority to approve or reject refund requests individually.

13. Custom Bundles

Refund terms for custom bundles follow the same rules as single packages.

14. Logo + Website Combination Orders

If you order both logo and web design and approve the logo, you are only eligible for a refund on the website service at the initial design stage.

15. Legitimate Reason Requirement

Each refund request must have a legitimate reason aligned with the brief and revision feedback. If the concern is genuine and the concept does not follow the brief, additional revisions will be provided; however, this does not automatically qualify for a refund.

16. Non-Disparagement Clause

Both parties agree not to criticise each other publicly during or after the contract period. Any breach requires compensation determined by the non-breaching party.

17. Money-Back Guarantee Conditions

The money-back guarantee applies only when the request adheres to fair-use and honesty. If it is discovered that a client has placed similar design orders with multiple agencies with the intention of obtaining a refund, the company reserves the right to decline the request.

18. Client Participation Requirement

Active input from clients is essential for achieving desired results. Failure to participate does not qualify for a refund.

19. 100% Unique Design Guarantee

If a logo is found to be substantially similar to an existing design, adjustments or a new concept will be provided as long as the project is active. Any resemblance is purely coincidental, and the company is not responsible for copyright-related issues. Clients are responsible for securing their own copyrights.

20. SEO and SMM Packages

There are no refunds on any SEO or SMM Packages once the work is initiated, regardless of project stage, deliverables, or ongoing progress. All SEO/SMM services are time-based, effort-based, and resource-allocated, therefore they are strictly non-refundable once started

WEBSITE HOSTING POLICY:

- If you are not completely satisfied with the web site services that Dribble Designs Hosting and Web Services offers and you notify us in writing within 7 days of the start of your service (through our support ticket system) that you no longer require our services you will be given a full refund of your web site hosting services. If a refund is due to you, you will be notified by email. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the cancelation date. - This policy does not apply to any additional services such as, but not limited to, overages, disk space, e-mail accounts, domain name registration, and Web development services.

2. Working in a joint effort with the Government Copyright Agencies, dribbbledesigns would share Copyright Acquisition data for the refunded outlines that would confine the re-utilization of the designs as original designs in the future.

DELIVERY POLICY

All design order files are delivered to ‘My Account’ as per the date specified on the confirmation. We also send out a proper e-mail to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies of revision & refund are subject to the date and time of the design order delivered to the client's account area.

All customized design orders are delivered via email within 5 to 7 days after receipt of the order. These business days are true to their respect so that each unit can take their time and work on their masterpiece.

PROJECT HOLD & DELAY POLICY:

To ensure the smooth delivery of services and efficient scheduling of our team, the following terms apply once a project has officially commenced:

PROJECT HOLD:

If a project is placed on hold by the client for more than 30 calendar days, a Project Holding Fee will be applied.
The Project Holding Fee is calculated based on the scope of the project and the reserved resources during the holding period.
Work will only resume once all outstanding holding fees are cleared and a new timeline is mutually agreed upon.

DELAYS CAUSED BY THE CLIENT:

If a delay occurs due to lack of required content, approvals, payments, or communication from the client for more than 14 days, the project will automatically be considered “on hold.”

ANY CHANGE IN TIMELINE DUE TO CLIENT DELAY MAY RESULT IN:

ONCE PLACED ON HOLD, REACTIVATION OF THE PROJECT REQUIRES:

Payment of any outstanding invoices; Payment of the Project Holding Fee; Updated project timeline and availability confirmation.

PROJECT CANCELLATION DUE TO PROLONGED HOLD

If the project remains on hold for more than 60 days, the company reserves the right to cancel the project.
In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued for completed work or reserved team time.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

We keep all our records safe so your final design will stay archived after we deliver your final files. If you wish to receive the final files again, we can email the design or layout upon request.
